BLUE SPRINGS, MO. (May 13, 2009) – Today the Adams Dairy Bank board of directors announced that William (Bill) Wrisinger has been elected as chairman of the board. Wrisinger has served on the Adams Dairy Bank board of directors since its inception in January of 2008.
“We are very fortunate to have Bill serve in this prominent position on our board,” said president and CEO, David Chinnery. “He is very well known and respected in the community and has a firm grasp on the development of the Blue Springs area. Bill will undoubtedly do an exemplary job of guiding our board as we continue to grow the bank.”
Wrisinger is a prominent businessman who owns several real estate developments and a franchise of multiple Sonic Drive-In restaurants throughout the country. He has been, and continues to be very involved in the Blue Springs community, including the Blue Springs Baseball League and the Blue Springs School District, as well as a member of the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Economic Development Corporation board of directors.
Wrisinger was recently named 2008 Outstanding Businessman of the Year by the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce. Bill and his wife Pam, along with their two sons Alex and Logan, have been long time Blue Springs residents. Adams Dairy Bank has exceeded many of the expectations set just a little over a year ago when they opened near I-70 and Adams Dairy Parkway in Blue Springs, Mo.
