Now in its 10th year, 25 Under 25 is an annual awards program created by Thinking Bigger Business Media.
The business community at large may submit nominees to the program each year, as long as the nominee is a Kansas City-area business that employs fewer than 25 full-time employees and has been in business for three or more years.
Qualified nominees complete an application and provide additional support materials that are reviewed by a panel of third-party judges from the business community. This panel selects the final 25 honorees according to:
• Financial stability
• Ability to overcome obstacles/adversity/challenges
• Community involvement/service
• Distinguishing or defining characteristics/qualities
• Company vision
