KANSAS CITY, Mo. — EAG Advertising & Marketing has a new vice president of operations, Cinda Fisher, formerly an account manager and operations director with the agency. Cinda continues overseeing the agency’s internal operations, but also leads projects that will enhance internal activities and processes, as well as external offerings designed to move our clients’ businesses forward.
“Continual improvement as an organization helps us perform even better for our clients. Cinda knows the ins and outs of our operations from every angle and how they affect our ability to deliver the best, most efficient marketing services for our clients,” says Michele Markham, president and chief executive officer. “She was promoted to director of operations in 2017, and now as vice president she has the autonomy and empowerment to ensure EAG meets the specific goals we’ve identified. Spending adequate time on our internal operations will be even more critical as we continue growing our agency roster, adding team members and having recently expanded our office space. Cinda’s new title reflects that importance and is well deserved.”
When Cinda joined EAG in 2008, she was already an advertising and marketing industry veteran, having more than a decade of brand management and marketing experience in the hospitality industry with Houlihan’s Restaurant Group and AmericInn International. As EAG’s vice president of operations, she will be responsible for developing new processes ranging from the way the outsourced marketing agency trains new team members and tracks projects to vendor follow up. Ultimately, Cinda is responsible for ensuring EAG stays current on new technology and solutions and implementing those that enhance the agency’s marketing services.
“It’s an honor and responsibility to take my position to the next level,” says Fisher. “Since EAG acts as a marketing department for many Kansas City small business, we want to have the tools and processes in place to be the best stewards of their marketing budgets. A big part of that is having our operations down pat so that we can execute projects efficiently and logically. That boils down to operations like having the right billing and project management solution in place or our team’s access to the network secured.”
EAG, Kansas City’s first advertising agency devoted to making big-brand advertising accessible and affordable for growth-minded business owners and entrepreneurs, is hiring and recently increased the size of its Crossroads office space. This is a result of its expanding client roster and agency growth goals and projections.
