EAG today announced Michele Markham has been named President of the 11-year old agency. Markham had been Executive Vice President since she joined EAG in 2012. The announcement came from EAG President Paul Weber who will now assume the title of CEO and Chief Strategy Officer.
“Michele has spurred the most dramatic growth in our history and it is very appropriate for her leadership to take EAG to our next levels of achievement,” said EAG President Paul Weber. “Michele’s assumption of all client-related activity will enable us to do even more for our small business clients nationwide, while I focus on our creative offerings.”
Prior to joining EAG in 2012, Michele had a 21-year career with Ketchum Advertising, most recently as President. Michele specialized in local media and marketing strategies for more than 100 national corporate and franchised brands with local market presence, including American Airlines, Bally Total Fitness, Bank of America, Best Buy, Budget, CARQUEST, CARSTAR, Check ‘n Go, DIRECTV, Dwyer Group, FASTSIGNS®, Geek Squad, La Petite Academy/Learning Care Group, Lennox, Luxottica, Michelin, Overhead Door, Pella, Penske, Pizza Hut and Weight Watchers.
In addition to her years of dedication and experience in helping market major national brands and small business franchise owners, Michele spent three years as an owner of three Title Boxing Club franchises in the Dallas, TX market.
