HillOween, the premier Kansas City Halloween fundraising extravaganza benefiting TeamSmile®, has begun its countdown to the big night.
HillOween; Costumes & Cocktails for a Cause, takes center-stage (or backstage) at Starlight Theatre’s Stage House again this year on Saturday October 19th starting at 7 p.m. until Cinderella loses her glass slipper.
TeamSmile is one of the nation’s premier charitable organizations that bring together dental professionals and pro-sports organizations to provide life-changing oral healthcare to underserved children in our communities. The goal of this program is to send and solidify the message to children of all ages that oral health care is vitally important to their overall health.
Fairytales & Nightmares is this year’s theme and, if previous years are any indication, the costumes alone are enough to make this a spectacular evening. DJ Kirby is back and leads an all-star evening of unexpected entertainment including Pashur body paintings and MoonDrop Circus. Delish catering will serve up an eclectic menu with Sweet Cheeks Catering finishing it off with their delectable desserts. With additional surprises to come, this is set to be one Halloween party in Kansas City not to miss.
