Park 39 is a residential and commercial development in the heart of Midtown Kansas City. An apartment complex has been built inside a renovated Westport High School, and commercial offices are inside a renovated Westport Middle School. Developers wanted coverage that highlighted the uniqueness of the repurposed schools as well as coverage that focused on new and interesting tenants. Our coverage included a major feature in the Kansas City Star as well as multiple television stories on KMBC, Fox4, KCTV and KSHB.
